- 因用户本地网络环境(如 ISP 限制、DNS 污染、防火墙策略)导致的连接问题
- 已使用流量超过总配额 10% 或购买后超过 24 小时(以先到者为准)
- 违反合规与审计策略被封禁的账号
- 因国际网络环境变化(如海底光缆故障、上游运营商调整)导致的临时性服务波动
- 用户主观认为速度不达预期但实际线路运行正常的情况
✓ 可申请退款的情形
- 购买后 24 小时内且使用流量未超过总配额 10%,因服务端确认的技术故障导致完全无法连接
- 服务端出现连续 72 小时以上的大规模不可用,且经官方确认属于平台责任
⚠ 退款说明
退款申请需通过官方邮箱提交,经审核确认后将在 7 个工作日 内通过USDT钱包退回。退款金额将扣除已消耗流量对应比例的费用及支付渠道手续费。本服务保留对退款申请的最终解释权。

- 因 IDC 机房电力中断、硬件故障或计划内维护窗口期导致的短暂服务不可用
责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内,本服务对于因使用或无法使用服务而产生的任何直接、间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害不承担责任,包括但不限于利润损失、数据丢失、业务中断等。本服务的最大赔偿责任不超过用户在争议发生前 30 日内 实际支付的服务费用。

- Traffic usage exceeding 10% of total quota, or more than 24 hours after purchase (whichever comes first)
- Accounts terminated due to compliance violations
- Temporary service fluctuations caused by international network changes (submarine cable faults, upstream carrier adjustments)
- Subjective speed expectations when the service is confirmed to be operating normally
✓ Eligible for Refund
- Within 24 hours of purchase with less than 10% traffic used, where a confirmed server-side technical fault prevents all connectivity
- Continuous large-scale outage exceeding 72 hours, officially confirmed as platform responsibility

Submit refund requests via official email. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via USDT method. Refund amounts will be reduced by consumed traffic proportionally and payment processing fees. Final interpretation rights reserved.
